To GROW

Clarity helps a lot in business. That's why I often bang on about business strategy. Is there a topic that you need to deal with to allow business growth? If so, what are your Goals when you think about that topic? What's the Reality of the situation - you need to know this to create realistic Options from which you can pick real actions. Actions are What you intend to do after thinking about the topic, issue or problem. Without taking action nothing will change for the better. Simple to say but it is common for business leaders to have access to a coach. The coach will use some form of conversation agenda, like the "To GROW" model described above, to help the business leader to reach clarity about a topic sufficient for actions to be created. Coaching is an extremely powerful tool for positive change in business.
